Presidents Cup Concessions Volunteers

Carolinas Freedom Foundation volunteers to work concessions at the Presidents Cup on:
Friday, September 23 (8 volunteers total) working either shift 
8am-3pm (4 vols) or 11am-close (4 vols)

Parking + Credential

Park at St. Gabriel Church, 3016 Providence Rd Charlotte NC 28211All concession volunteers will park and board shuttle buses. The quick shuttle ride will drop you at the main gate. Please look for a 10 X 10 white tent with signage that reads: Par Caterers Check-In. All concession volunteers need to check in at this location each day you volunteer. During the check-in, Par Caterers will provide volunteers with directions on how to get to the concession. We suggest arriving at the parking lot, 30 to 45 minutes before your shift start time. Par Caterers will send digital tickets to Derek Bazile who will distribute to the team.
 
Uniform: 
White Polo shirt* and Khakis (or black) shorts, skorts, capris, or pants; -- NO jeans. *Rising Stars may wear their white CFF Branded polo.
Closed-toe shoes are a must when working with food.
  A Par Caterers apron will be provided for the volunteers to wear in the tent.

 
Payout: 
It is very important that all volunteers check in at the Par Caterers Check-In tent but ALSO sign in and sign out at the concession location. At the concession stand all volunteers will write down their name, time of check-in, time of check-out, as well as list Carolinas Freedom Foundation. Par Caterers does not allow a tip jar on the counter, but CFF Volunteers can accept tips on behalf of Carolinas Freedom Foundation; CFF shift leader will collect tips at shift end.  
 
Food + Beverage: 
 Par Caterers provides a lunch and beverages during the volunteer shift. No alcohol is allowed during volunteering. 
 
Watch Golf: 
We encourage you to come early or stay late to watch golf before or after your shift!
